In accordance with the "Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection for Completed Construction Projects" (State Environmental Protection Regulations and Policies [2017] No. 4) and the "Notice on Issuing the Guidelines for the Approval of Environmental Impact Assessment Documents of Construction Projects and the Independent Environmental Facility Acceptance Work Conducted by Construction Units (Trial)" (Hebei Environmental Protection Office Letter [2017] No. 727), our company conducted a verification of the environmental impact assessment situation, the implementation of environmental protection measures, environmental management and on-site conditions of this project. In December 2023, we entrusted Hebei Minkang Environmental Testing Service Co., Ltd. to conduct radiation environmental acceptance testing on the project and issue a testing report. Our company completed the "Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report Form for the Industrial X-ray Radiographic Apparatus Application Project of Dengzhou City Mengsheng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd." in December 2023 and passed the completion environmental protection acceptance on December 31, 2023, obtaining the acceptance opinion.
